All question paper content — including question text, marks allocation, course outcome mappings, and paper metadata — is classified as strictly confidential examination material. Unauthorized disclosure, sharing, photographing, or distribution of question paper content before the scheduled examination is a serious breach of examination integrity and may result in disciplinary action as per university regulations.

This application operates entirely client-side within your web browser. No examination data is transmitted to, stored on, or processed by any external server, cloud service, or third-party infrastructure.

• Local Storage: Auto-saved session data resides solely in your browser's localStorage on this specific device.
• No Remote Telemetry: Zero analytics, tracking cookies, or usage data are collected or transmitted.
• Document Export: Generated .docx files are created in-browser and saved directly to your local disk — they never pass through an intermediary.

Since all data remains on the local device, the security of question paper content is inherently tied to the physical and digital security of the device used:

• Use this tool only on authorized, password-protected devices assigned to the Exam Office or designated faculty.
• Always lock your workstation when stepping away during paper preparation.
• Do not use shared, public, or student-accessible computers to prepare examination content.
• After finalizing and exporting the paper, use the "New Paper" button to clear all stored data from the browser.

Access to this tool and the question papers generated through it is restricted to:

• Faculty members assigned as paper setters for the respective subject and sessional.
• Examination Office coordinators and administrators with designated roles.
• Head of Department (HoD) for review and approval where applicable.

Each paper setter is individually accountable for maintaining the confidentiality of question papers under their custody from the point of creation until the examination is conducted.

• Browser auto-save data should be cleared using the "New Paper" reset function after successful export and secure storage of the final document.
• Exported .docx files must be stored in password-protected folders or encrypted drives designated by the Examination Office.
• Draft or discarded versions must be permanently deleted and not retained on unprotected storage media.
• Post-examination, question papers may be archived per institutional record-keeping policies.

This tool and its usage are subject to the examination regulations set forth by Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), Bhopal and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). Any breach of examination paper confidentiality is subject to the penalties prescribed under the university's Unfair Means Regulations and applicable legal provisions.
